I've been out of work for a bit which translates to me spending exorbitant amounts of time in my pajamas. My sleeping schedule is all out of whack too, so I'm usually up until the small hours of the morning doing absolutely nothing.
Today, I got up off the coach before my body made a permanent indentation in it and popped in a yoga dvd. Umm, yoga is hard you guys. I namaste'ed my way through it and tried to clear my head of all the noise – and I finished, but it was definitely a challenge.
As much as I loathe exercising, I find something intoxicating about pushing my body to do things and actually being able to do them. I know that I need to exercise more because my body needs it and responds to it, so I'm hoping I can make this a habit. Ask me about this in 2 weeks ;)
