I have a tendency to obsess about things. Conversations had, emails (un)sent – basically things that I can not change. I'd like to stop doing that and I'm hoping that actually writing about it is the first step.

I can't change how people feel or what they feel, I can only be the best version of myself that I know how to be. This is a highly variable state of being – but we're all (hopefully) works in progress and I do at least have a base awareness that self-improvement is vital to thriving.

Do what makes you happy, that's what I'm going to be doing.
