New Workout Plan

So internet, I decided I'm going to start exercising. Naturally, I should have been doing this long ago so I'm not going to even start making excuses for why I haven't been. I already do a good deal of walking, but it hardly qualifies as a viable form of exercise.

Here's the thing. I like what exercise does for my body. And my body responds well to it – but wah! Exercise means sweating and being tired and I just need to program myself to do it and not be a gigantic baby about it.

I'm hoping to see this through and turn into one of those people who's always saying how they LOOOVE to work out and how they feel so bad when they don't. I think I'm a long way off from that though.
